Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital SaaS License & Instant Provisioning

DSR Matrix RetailFlow is an enterprise Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and Point of Sale solution. Upon successful payment of the ₹6,999 initial license fee (or $89 USD internationally), our automated cloud provisioning infrastructure immediately:

• Allocates an isolated PostgreSQL tenant database schema with dedicated encrypted storage tables.
• Generates an immutable tenant cryptographic key and activates your production retail workspace.
• Instantly licenses unlimited access to all features (POS billing, barcode engine, KDS, inventory ledger, CA Master exporter, Tally sync, and AI Advisor).

Due to the immediate delivery, digital cryptographic activation, and cloud infrastructure costs incurred immediately upon purchase, all initial software license fees and annual renewal fees are strictly final and non-refundable.

2. Pre-Purchase Evaluation & Interactive Demo

To ensure complete transparency and satisfaction before making any financial commitment, DSR MATRIX (dsrmatrix.com) provides unrestricted access to the live, fully featured interactive demo store at dsrretail.com/demo.

Merchants are strongly advised and encouraged to test the POS billing workflow, barcode generation, inventory management, invoice printing, and GST reports on their actual devices (laptops, tablets, receipt printers) prior to purchasing a commercial license.

3. Duplicate or Accidental Payment Protection

In the rare event of a duplicate payment caused by network latency or banking gateway glitch (e.g., your account was debited twice for a single order ID or transaction):

• You must notify our billing team within 7 business days of the transaction at support@dsrmatrix.com or WhatsApp at +91 79893 19230.
• Please include your Store Name, Registered Phone Number, and Razorpay/PayPal Payment IDs.
• Upon cryptographic verification against our payment gateway logs, the duplicate payment will be refunded to the original payment source within 5–7 banking business days.

4. Annual Server Renewal & Cancellation

Following the first year, your continuous cloud hosting, automated database backups, and software updates are maintained via an annual renewal locked at strictly ₹2,499/year.

• No Automatic Unwanted Debits: Subscriptions are not silently debited; renewal invoices are posted to your billing dashboard for manual review and authorization.
• Cancellation: If you choose not to renew, you may export your complete sales ledger, customer contacts, and inventory data at any time before expiration via the CA Master Excel / Tally Prime export tools.
• Following non-renewal, your account enters a 30-day grace period during which your data remains securely preserved for reactivation.

5. Dispute Resolution & Dedicated Support

We take pride in enterprise customer satisfaction and high reliability. If you experience any technical difficulties, printer configuration issues, or account setup questions, our dedicated engineering team is available 6 days a week to provide remote setup assistance.
