1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DSR Matrix RetailFlow (the "Service"), provided by DSR MATRIX (dsrmatrix.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service.

2. Direct Payment & Founding Member Lifetime Access Model

DSR Matrix RetailFlow operates on a direct payment activation model (₹5,999 / $99 USD). There is no free trial period. Immediate account activation is provided upon completion of payment.

1st Year Launch Founding Member Guarantee:

• First Year Signups (Launch Period): Users who register and complete payment during Year 1 receive Lifetime Access with ₹0 Annual Renewal Fees. One payment unlocks permanent access forever.
• Subsequent Signups (Post Year 1): Accounts created after Year 1 will be subject to standard annual renewal at ₹5,999/year (or $99 USD/year for international).

Pricing details for India and International accounts:

• India: ₹5,999 (via Razorpay Live — UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking)
• International: $99 USD (via PayPal)

Once payment is successfully completed and verified by Razorpay or PayPal signature verification, your account is immediately granted full access to the Service.

3. Data Ownership & Privacy

Your Data belongs to You. All business records, sales data, customer lists, and inventory information remain your exclusive property.DSR MATRIX (dsrmatrix.com) acts only as a custodian of this data.

We implement strict schema-level isolation between stores. No other store or user can access your data. We do not sell, rent, or share your business data with any third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Professional Conduct & Abuse

You agree to use the Service for lawful business purposes only. Any attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the security isolation of the Service will result in immediate termination without refund.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for 100% reliability, the Service is provided "as is." DSR MATRIX (dsrmatrix.com) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits or data) arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

6. Termination & Data Retention

You may stop using the service at any time. If you request account deletion, we will hold your data for a grace period of 30 days to allow for export, after which it may be permanently deleted from our servers.

Founding Member Lifetime Access does not expire — 1st year registered accounts remain active and accessible as long as the service operates.

7. Payment & Financial Responsibility

Payments are processed securely through certified gateways (Razorpay for India; PayPal for international).DSR Matrix RetailFlow does not capture, store, or have access to your full credit card or banking information.

Users are responsible for ensuring accuracy of payment information provided to the third-party processor.

8. AWS Cloud Infrastructure & Security

DSR Matrix RetailFlow is 100% hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure (AWS EC2 + AWS RDS PostgreSQL DB Cluster in Mumbai ap-south-1). This guarantees enterprise-grade security, automated backups, and 99.99% uptime.

9. Cancellation & Refund Policy

All payments for DSR Matrix RetailFlow are final and non-refundable. Access is granted immediately upon successful payment verification. You may try the live interactive demo at /demo to test all unlocked features prior to purchasing.

10. Invoice & Receipt

Upon successful payment, an invoice will be generated and accessible in your Billing dashboard. This serves as your official receipt and proof of purchase. The invoice will show the payment provider, amount paid, date of payment, and your business name.
