2. Information We Collect

• Account Information: Your name, business name, phone number, and email.
• Business Records: Your product catalogs, inventory levels, sales transactions, and customer khata records.
• Technical Logs: IP addresses and login timestamps to protect against unauthorized access.
• Payment Data: We do NOT store your credit card numbers or bank credentials. All payments are processed by industry-standard, PCI-compliant payment gateways.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your information strictly to provide the DSR Matrix RetailFlow service. We do not use your business data to compete with you, nor do we sell your customer lists to any third parties. Your data is your competitive advantage, and we respect that.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We only share your data when absolutely necessary to run the software: (a) With payment gateways to process your subscription; (b) With SMS/Email providers if you choose to send alerts to your customers; (c) When required by law.

5. Payment Security

We do not collect or store your sensitive financial information. All transactions are handled by secure, third-party payment processors. We only receive notification of payment success to activate your account.

By using our service, you agree to comply with the terms and privacy policies of our payment partners.

6. Your Rights & Control

You have the right to export your entire database at any time. If you decide to leave DSR Matrix RetailFlow, you can request the permanent deletion of your store and all associated data.

We reserve the right to migrate data to other equally secure and compliant cloud providers to ensure the best performance, reliability, and legal compliance for our users worldwide.
